Features

1.Pressure beam: adopts aluminum profile pressure beam design with strict dimensional tolerance, which increases its load-bearing capacity and durability.

2.Multiple limit positions: prevent edge banding strip from shifting or reversing, and ensure smooth belt feeding.

3.Pressure unit: three-pass pressing, adapting to the pressing needs of different angles, making the edge banding strips more firmly pressed.

4.End cutting:Quickly cut off the excess edge banding strips at both ends, and the two saw blades cooperate front and back to achieve high precision and high efficiency.

5.Finishing unit:Remove the excess edge banding strips on the upper and lower sides of the board, so that the upper and lower edges of the edge banding strips are flush with the surface of the board.

6.Polishing unit:Before polishing, adding a glue removal device can better remove the residual glue lines on the board, making the edge banding round, smooth and clean.
